Good morning! I’m glad to welcome you to worship today at Hillcrest Baptist Church.

Today, we celebrate our high school and college graduates! I still remember when I graduated from both high school and college. For me, both of these events were exciting and scary. I was filled with joy at my accomplishments, but I certainly could not tell you what the Lord had planned for my life. However, I found great joy in knowing that the Lord had a plan for my life far beyond my own comprehension!

Ephesians 3:14-21 contains one of my favorite prayers that Paul prays for the church. When I think about our graduates, I find myself praying this prayer for them. Graduates, my desire for you is that God would use you to expand his kingdom and to bring glory to the name of Jesus Christ. However, I desire this purpose not only for our graduates, but for each of you in our service today. May we allow God to use us to accomplish unfathomable things for his glory!
