We have heard many great reports from various classes about their online meetings this weekend. We’re so thankful that so many of you gathered for Bible study and worship online this past Sunday!

Worship Plan for Sunday, March 29

We are looking forward to having Pastor Mike back preaching this Sunday. He will be resuming our study of the names of God as we look at the name Jehovah-Sabaoth, the Lord of hosts.

Thank you for your patience as we experienced some glitches with our live feed to the website. Last Sunday saw record numbers of people going online to participate in worship services across the country. Our equipment at the church functioned well, but one of our service providers experienced some issues on their end. Like all of us, the companies providing this valuable service to churches are in uncharted waters.

If you missed being with us, or if you want to hear it again, the entire service is available online. Watch the entire service here.

We will worship together again online at 10:30 AM THIS SUNDAY, March 29, over our live streams on our website and Facebook.

Sunday School classes are also meeting. Your class leaders will be in touch as to how you can connect to the lesson this weekend.

Looking Ahead

All church activities and events are suspended through Easter Sunday, April 12. Our staff are meeting weekly and are in constant communication as new details are released from local government officials. Updated information will be posted on our church website and in Realm.

Palm Sunday

We know that the upcoming Easter season will look different than normal in light of not meeting together. One thing that we enjoy each year is partaking of the Lord’s Supper together on Palm Sunday. This year will be no different. We have two options to help you be a part.

  • Gather with your family and prepare the Lord’s Supper together. What a beautiful experience this can be for you and your family members. It is a wonderful time to teach about the meaning of the crucifixion and the hope we have in Christ. Gather the elements needed and be creative. Use crackers, bread, fruit juice or whatever you have. Select a plate, cups and a drape cloth. Place the setup in a central location. Make it memorable for your family. The children’s ministry will be sending families an email with helps for children regarding the Lord’s Supper.
  • Drop by the church office during regular hours (Monday to Friday 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM) to pick up a portable set of communion wafers and juice.

We hope you have a great weekend with your family and we look forward to having you join us online this Sunday!
