Hillcrest Baptist Church in Cedar Hill, Texas is currently seeking a Minister of Worship who will lead the congregation in engaging and authentic worship that is honoring to God. Our prayers are for a candidate who is well-versed in leading traditional and contemporary praise that brings to life the elements of worship in its many forms. This includes leading the production team, recruiting/scheduling/organizing worship teams for all services, and producing special music events. The ideal candidate will also serve as a spiritual leader to those involved with the musical worship teams as well as the congregation at large. The Minister of Worship in partnership with the pastoral staff and leaders will work to fulfill our mission of Loving and Serving God while Loving and Serving Others.
