To ensure ample time to prepare marketing materials to aid you in promoting your event, the Comms Team needs at least 3 weeks prior to the start of promotion to deliver your marketing materials. The first step is to request a Communications Meeting via the link to the right. This meeting will outline the specific needs of your event and what marketing items you may need. Additionally, if you would like to request photographers or videographers or need media support, you can request that below.
