Rarely does a day go by that we don’t face struggles and many of those occur inside our hearts and minds. Who do we turn to? Who holds us accountable? Who is there to walk alongside us? For many of us, the answer is, “no one.”
Our struggles remain unspoken.
Consequently, each day the invisible wall in our mind that separates us from God grows a little taller and stronger.
The good news, God never intended for us to live our lives in isolation.
Throughout scripture, we see believers coming together to help each overcome obstacles and bear one another’s burdens. So what are these unspoken struggles that we don’t talk about and why do we remain silent? It’s not easy to open up. In fact, it can be painful.
But it’s time we ripped the duct tape off our mouths and demolish the invisible walls we’ve built with our silence!
