Financial fraud occurs every 15 seconds. Have you or a loved one ever been a victim of a scam? Want to learn how to better protect yourself and your family? Hillcrest is sponsoring a seminar regarding scams and fraud. You will be provided education, resources, and tools to help you prevent financial fraud and protect yourself from scams.
Carl Burlbaw, a financial specialist with The Senior Source of Dallas, will be our featured presenter. This seminar is for anyone concerned about or currently facing fraudulent scenarios. Students, senior adults, caregivers, job seekers, young adults, and the friends and families of these will benefit from this evening seminar.
We will begin with a potluck dinner at 6:00 pm with the meat, bread, and drinks provided by the church. We ask that you please bring a side dish, salad, or dessert to share.
This is open to all adults, so invite your friends and family. There is no cost, but please register by May 12.
