Who’s your one?  Who are you praying for, befriending, and sharing the Gospel with?

Could you imagine what God could do if every believer of Hillcrest had at least ONE individual that they were praying for and sharing with them who Jesus is and what He came to do?  Luke 19:10 tells us, “for the Son of Man has come to seek and to save that which was lost.”  According to Matthew 28:19-20, Jesus commanded His followers to go and do the same, and that is what Paul did.

In the book of Acts and in thirteen other New Testament books, we discover the Apostle Paul taking the message of the gospel to “ONES” from Jerusalem to Rome.  The gospel of the Lord Jesus Christ absolutely transformed his life, and Paul wanted to tell everyone he could, because he knew that the gospel of Christ, “is the power of God to salvation for everyone who believes.” (Romans 1:16)

The gospel was the message that changed Paul’s life from death to life, hopelessness to hope, being separated from God to being reconciled to God, an empty life changed to an abundant life, having no peace to knowing a peace that passes all understanding.  Paul knew that it was the message that everyone needed to hear, and he was confident that the gospel would bring salvation to all who believed, and he was unashamed to share it.
