Please note: The registration link above will direct you to Brightwheel, the all-in-one communication app we use to communicate with our HCDC families. All communication about your child will go through the Brightwheel app. This includes all messages and updates about the enrollment process. Once your child is enrolled, Brightwheel will be used to check your child in/out each day, as well as communicate absences, running late, early pickup, and any information and photos to share about your child specific to each day. With Brightwheel, all information about your child will be organized in one place. Please be sure that you have the Brightwheel app downloaded, and have notifications enabled so that you do not miss any important communication or enrollment updates.

Three Day Program
Days: Tuesdays, Wednesdays, & Thursdays
Time: 9:00 AM – 2:30 PM

Early Bird Drop-off
Time: 8:00 AM – 9:00 AM

2026 – 2027 Tuition Schedule

(Prices are subject to change each school year)

Registration Fee: $120.00 per child (Non-Refundable) This fee will secure your child’s spot.

Supply Fee: $90 per child (Infant – Little Learner); $115 per child (Pre-K)  This fee is per semester.

Monthly Tuition (2 day program) $260.00 per child
Monthly Tuition (3 day program) $390.00 per child

Additional Child Discount: 10% off monthly tuition

Daily Schedule

All individual class schedules differ to meet the age appropriate needs of the children in the class. Classroom activities may include: group time, learning stations, snack and lunch time, quiet time, playground time, arts and crafts time, and free play.  Each class will also incorporate music & movement, Stretch ‘n Grow activities, and a chapel/Bible time daily.

The Pre-K class will offer additional Kindergarten readiness skills and expanded activities based on the monthly thematic units.

Classroom Ratios

  • Infant Class: 1 to 3
  • Tiny Tot Classes: 1 to 4
  • Little Explorer: 1 to 5
  • Little Learner: 1 to 6
  • PreK Classes: 1 to 7

We offer excellent staff to child ratios and always have two teachers in each classroom.

Hillcrest Child Development Center is committed to making your child’s time at HCDC safe, secure, and fun!  We have strict protocols in place to ensure that your child is well-protected from drop-off time, throughout the day, until the end of pick-up time.  We love and care for every child as if they were our very own!
